God Loves you

God Loves You, He Really Does!

Can anything... separate us from Christ's love?
Romans 8:35 NLT
Our limited minds can't comprehend God's love because it comes with no strings attached. He doesn't love us 'if,' but 'in spite of.' As a parent you may not approve of your child's behavior, but you always love and accept them. Paul asks, 'Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love?' (Romans 8:35 NLT). Then he answers, 'I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love… ' (Romans 8:38). Doesn't that blow your mind? We have just enough ego to believe there are certain sins God can't get over; like the ones we never commit. Do you remember the Pharisee in the temple who prayed, '"God, I thank You that I am not like other men; extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or… this tax collector [standing next to me]"' (Luke 18:11 NKJV). Understand this: God's standard is perfection, and you couldn't reach it in a thousand lifetimes! Grace is the only hope any of us have.
Our love for God relates to the level of the forgiveness we've received from Him. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus would allow a woman with a bad reputation to kneel at His feet, bathing them with her tears and drying them with her hair. They thought, '"If Jesus were a prophet, he would know that the woman… is a sinner!"' (Luke 7:39 NCV). No, it wasn't that Jesus didn't know, it was that He didn't care. 'And he said unto her, "Thy sins are forgiven"' (Luke 7:48 NKJV). Then He gives us the bottom line: 'to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little' (Luke 7:47-48 KJV). And what should our response to God's love be? 'This is love for God: to obey his commands… ' (1 John 5:3 NIV).

Silent Cry holding things in

Why is it we hold things in? Is it because we are afraid of what people might say, or is it that we don't know how to let go of past hurts? or is it because we hold on to things that God wants us to let go of?

In today's society all around us seems to be failing, economic system, family relationships, health, business and workplace situations, lost children, divorce and so much more, it is important that people have something sturdy and reliable to hold on to.

It seems everyday we are fighting some kind of battle whether it be big or small. When we don’t know how to fight against the disappointments, heartache, confusion, depression, and all the emotional and spiritual downfall we have from these issues, we tend to hold things in.

We become desperate, violent, vicious and vile. John 10:10 tells us that the thief comes to kill, steal and destroy us. But, Jesus has come to give us life and that life more abundantly than the feelings of no hope.

I can attest that, I have held things in for many years, and still at times do only to find out it causes nothing but stress and anxiety which could lead to a stroke or heart attack. to answer the questions above, sometimes we hold things in because we may feel that people may think less of us and not feel accepted by society.

In reality all we have to do is be ourselves and talk to God and people will accept you for who you are, if they don't then they are not you true friends. When bad things happen, God feels our pain, is very present with us, and works to bring out the best in a bad situation.

I realized that we all go through struggles and hurt, but through Gods grace and faith we could conquer all our silent cries within. So Let Go and Let God.

Born to succeed

I believe that God created human beings for an awe-inspiring purpose. But I have never understood that purpose up until a few years ago. The Bible reveals man's incredile potential. It shows how God is working out His glorious purpose on earth! and in our lives.

I realized that God does not want us to fail, he wants us to prosper. The world is full of opportunities. Nearly anyone with a truly strong desire to succeed at something can succeed. The problem that I faced in succeeding was letting people or things discourage me from persuing my goals and dreams. In addition I only attempted things that I knew I can do, and In reality I was a part of my own stumbling block because I did not challenge myself properly

If I wanted to succeed–really succeed, I had to be willing to take on things that have a high chance of failing. So if you want to succeed don't be afraid to take on a challenge, and remember your not alone. phillipians 4:13 says that we can do all things through christ who strenghtens us.
That means do everything through him he knows the right way, and he knows your purpose in life, so as you go fourth in your journey allow God to guide you and give you clear direction.

companies taking advantage of workers due to the bad economy

During the last few years, since our economy has declined i noticed companies taking advantage of employees. The company I work for in which I will not name at this time for various reasons, has increased the work load with less employees to do the task. Who do you complain to? no one because if you do, their response would be your lucky to have a job.

Not only that, management has lost a great deal of respect for their front line workers which has caused a decrease in employee morale. For the last several years I have found it very difficult getting up in the morning, rushing to work to find that I am not appreciated or respected as you should be. I then finally realized that your job controls you, if you allow it to. Your job determines when to take a vacation, when to get up in the morning and when to go to bed at night, among other things. Sometimes we don't realize that because we are so caught up in our jobs, and are afraid to speak up for fear of loosing it. What we must realize is who blessed us with the job in the first place, Which is God almighty and that we should put our trust in him because he is our source of wealth. So when you get discouraged talk to God, and remember in his word he said that we shall cast all our cares and burdens on him because he loves us.(1 peter 5:7)
